Alexander (Alex) Goldinsky has been separated from his wife since 2016. Their civil divorce was finalized in 2018.

 

Alex has been refusing to grant his wife a get, leaving her an agunah. 

 

A seruv (order of contempt) was issued against Alex from the Beth Din of America.
