Tamar Sery Amster has been married to her husband, Guy, since 2013.

 

They have been separated for 3 years, since 2022, and Tamar is still refusing to accept a get from Guy.

A psak (ruling) was issued by the Beth Din of America stating that Tamar is obligated to accept a divorce and they have deemed her to be lo tzayis dina for continuing to refuse.
