Achi Degani has been separated from his wife since 1999. The Rabbinical Court of Israel has ruled that he is obligated to grant her a get. Degani has ignored this ruling and continues to act against halacha, leaving his estranged wife an agunah. She has been waiting for over 15 years for her freedom.
