Rosh Yeshiva Letter Endorsing Halachic Prenuptial Agreements

In a letter released by ORA, twenty one Roshei Yeshiva at YU publicly reaffirmed their commitment to the use of halachic prenuptial agreements. In their words, "the widespread utilization of halachic prenuptial agreements is a critical step in inoculating our community against the distressful problem of the modern-day agunah. Use of halachic prenuptial agreements should become standard throughout the Jewish community for all engaged couples."
