Yuriy Yagudayev has been married to his wife, Rachel, since 2023.

 

They have been separated since 2024, and Yuriy is refusing to give Rachel a get, leaving her an agunah. 

 

 

The Beth Din of America issued a psak of Harchakos De’Rabbeinu Tam against Yuriy, for failing to make arrangements for the issuance of a get.
